Job Requirements: Skills & Abilities

- Very deep level of skills and understanding of the video surveillance value proposition.
- Ability to present to and convince Loss Prevention/Asset Protection and even very senior CxO-level customer executives that ISS-KY is the best value-added provider, and consequently be able to demonstrate credibility to the customer that leads to project/contract agreement.
- Excellent collaboration skills (the ability to get others, both within and outside span of control to work effectively towards common goals / objectives).

- Effective analytical skills.

Job Purpose (Managament, Strategic, Operational)

- Drive the development of video surveillance and related services sales revenue for ISS-KY, growing (direct) sales revenue year-over-year.
- Develop and drive customer relationships, approach and methodologies for ISS-KY.
- Coordinating with Operations, Customer Care, and Company Ownership, ensure ISS-KY sales/offers are appropriately suited to the ISS-KY business model, profitability, and customer needs.
- Effectively coordinate multi-site national (Retail) sales efforts.
- Provide business development and business operations support in key strategic areas of ISS-KY, including contracts development and (strategy) compliance.

Education and Experience:
- 5+ years work experience with a combination of sales, business development, and operations. Clear understanding of the video surveillance value proposition and ability to clearly articulate the differences between ISS-KY’s and competitive value propositions.
Demonstrated success in driving programs and sales initiatives that deliver desirable business results.

Principal Accountabilities:
Specific duties will split as following and will include:

Sales
- Drive profitable sales revenue growth in (direct) sales via video surveillance, and related offerings.
- Manage new sales P&L performance.
- Coordinate and drive national retail-industry sales across the country, including the coordination of sales opportunities with colleagues and management, as required.

Planning, Controlling & Reporting
- Coordinate and plan sales activities with sales, operations, and customer care departments.
- Coordinate, plan and control all contracts development activities.
- Coordinate and disseminate monthly / quarterly sales results and related reporting for department and/or company reviews.
- Coordinate and plan with colleagues the development of key customer references that further add to ISS-KY’s credibility in the market place.

Education
- Working with the sales, operations, and customer care organization, update company personnel on training as needed to maintain profitable sales funnel growth.

Develop ad hoc analyses as needed.
